Meta ads

Demand, created on purpose.

Facebook and Instagram are where demand gets created. We build the account structure, ship the creative that feeds it, and report on the revenue it returns — on a flat fee that does not rise with your budget.

Who it's for

Built for brands that need demand created.

Meta is the channel that manufactures demand rather than waiting for it. It is the right first move when people are not already searching for what you sell — and the right second move when Google has capped out on the intent that exists today.

E-commerce and DTC brands

Visual products with a clear offer and margin to work with. Meta creates the want, and the list and retargeting close it.

New or unfamiliar products

If nobody is typing your category into Google yet, search has nothing to capture. Meta lets you build the demand first.

Australian service businesses

Local lead generation where the buyer is scrolling, not searching — booked jobs, quotes and enquiries rather than clicks.

How it works

How a Meta account runs with us.

  1. 01

    Growth Diagnostic and audit

Every engagement starts with the $1,497 Growth Diagnostic — a full audit of the ad account, tracking, offers and landing pages, with a prioritised 90-day roadmap. It is credited back in full against your first month if you start a plan within 14 days.

  2. 02

    Strategy and audience research

Before anything gets built we work out who is actually buying and why: offer and margin review, existing customer and review mining for the language that converts, competitor ad research, and the angles worth testing first. That research becomes the creative brief and the audience plan, not a slide deck.

  3. 03

    Tracking rebuilt before spend moves

Domain verification, Aggregated Event Measurement priorities, Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API running together with a shared event ID so conversions are deduplicated rather than double-counted. We verify events in Events Manager and check Event Match Quality — we do not assume the install worked.

  4. 04

    Account structure rebuilt to scale

Consolidated campaigns so budget and conversion signal are not fragmented: one prospecting campaign on broad or lightly-stacked audiences, one retargeting campaign on warm traffic, and a ring-fenced testing campaign where new concepts earn their place before they touch the budget that matters.

  5. 05

    Creative production, every week

We write, produce and ship a steady batch of new concepts and hook variations — static, motion and UGC-style — so there is always something new in testing. Volume of concepts by plan: 4 a month on Foundation, 8 on Growth, 16+ on Scale.

  6. 06

    Testing and optimisation

New concepts run in the testing campaign with enough budget and time for a meaningful signal, usually a few days rather than a few hours. Clear winners graduate into prospecting, the rest are killed without sentiment. We change one variable at a time and let it settle for three to four days, so results can actually be attributed.

  7. 07

    Reporting and strategy review

A written report plus a short Loom walkthrough on your plan's cadence — weekly on Growth and Scale, monthly on Foundation — covering revenue, blended ROAS, cost per purchase and what we changed and why. The recurring strategy call sets the next month's spend, offers and creative direction.

  8. 08

    Handover, if you ever leave

The ad account, Business Manager, Pixel, CAPI setup, creative files and reporting stay in your name and under your ownership throughout. Plans are month to month with no lock-in, so leaving means we hand back admin access and the source files, not a rebuild.

What's included

Everything in the engagement.

Five workstreams run every month, from the research and account build through to the strategy review that sets the next one.

Meta ads · 01 — Research

Strategy & audience research

The work that happens before a single dollar moves. We pull the language your customers already use, the angles your competitors are running, and the offer maths that decides what you can afford to pay for a sale — then turn that into the creative brief and audience plan.

  • Offer, margin & target cost-per-sale review
  • Customer, review & support-ticket language mining
  • Competitor ad research via the Meta Ad Library
  • Audience and angle plan that briefs the creative
Meta ads · 02 — Build

Campaign structures

Scalable account architecture is the difference between a budget that learns and a budget that burns. We design clean structures that keep the algorithm stable as you spend more.

  • Consolidated, signal-rich campaign setup
  • Prospecting & retargeting separation
  • Conversion tracking & CAPI configuration
  • Budget logic built to scale without resets
Meta ads · 03 — Measure

Performance reports

No screenshots of impressions. We report on the numbers that decide whether you're winning — revenue, ROAS, cost per purchase — in language you can act on, with a short Loom video each week walking you through exactly what changed and why.

  • Revenue & ROAS-led dashboards
  • Clear summaries, no jargon
  • Creative-level performance breakdowns
  • What we changed & why, every time
Meta ads · 04 — Create

New ad concepts weekly

Creative is the biggest lever in Meta ads — and the fastest to fatigue. We ship a steady stream of fresh concepts every week so winners keep appearing.

  • Weekly batch of new ad concepts
  • Static, motion & UGC-style angles
  • Hook & format testing frameworks
  • Iteration on proven winners
Meta ads · 05 — Align

Strategy reviews

Ads don't live in a vacuum. We meet regularly to align spend, offers and creative direction with your real business goals — and adjust the plan as the data comes in.

  • Recurring strategy & growth sessions
  • Offer & landing-page guidance
  • Forecasting & budget planning
  • A roadmap that evolves with results

Where we work

Deep in the Meta ecosystem.

Facebook Ads

Feed, Reels, Stories and Marketplace placements tuned for conversions, not clicks.

Instagram Ads

Thumb-stopping creative built for the feed and Reels where your buyers actually scroll.

Pixel, CAPI & Advantage+

Meta Pixel and server-side CAPI tracking configured properly, plus Advantage+ tooling — so the algorithm always has clean signal to work with.

Reporting & deliverables

What lands in your inbox, and what stays yours.

Reporting runs on your plan's cadence — weekly on Growth and Scale, monthly on Foundation — and always leads with the numbers that decide whether the spend made money. Everything we build stays in accounts you own, so a handover is an access change rather than a rebuild.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

It depends on the account's starting point and how much historical conversion data the pixel has. Thirty days is long enough to fix tracking, rebuild campaign structure and read early signal, but scaling decisions should be made on blended ROAS over a longer window. Beware anyone promising a specific multiple in a specific week.

Yes, in practice. Browser-only Pixel tracking loses events to ad blockers, browser privacy restrictions and cookie limits. Meta's Conversions API sends the same events server-side, and running both with a shared event ID means conversions are deduplicated rather than double-counted. Better signal in means better delivery out.

The founder's team produces it, and volume is set by plan: 4 new concepts a month on Foundation, 8 on Growth, and 16 or more on Scale run as a weekly creative sprint. Extra finished video concepts are $350 each. We test hooks — the first three seconds — as well as whole concepts, because that is where most of an ad's performance is decided.

Platform ROAS is the return Meta reports inside its own attribution window. Blended ROAS is total business revenue divided by total ad spend over the same period — the number that matches your bank account. We manage to blended ROAS and report both, so attribution-window choices cannot flatter a losing month.

No. A percentage fee means the agency earns more every time it recommends you spend more, which is the wrong incentive. Meta ads run on a flat fee: Foundation at $2,497 per month for one paid channel, or Growth at $4,497 per month for Meta and Google together alongside SEO and email. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from the management fee.

You do, throughout. We work inside your Business Manager and ad account, and the Pixel, CAPI configuration and creative source files stay in your name. Plans are month to month with no lock-in, so if you leave we hand back admin access and the files rather than holding the account hostage.
